Presentation Evening Monday 6 October

RYLA Candidate Ellie Jenkins received her certificate from President Nick and spoke about her experiences and achievements on this year's course. We all agreed that she was a worthy candidate and wish her well for the future.



The 2008 Vocational Award was made by President Nick to Martin Tucker in recognition of his 14 years service at the ECHO Centre in Liskeard.

Bocadden Barbecue

Some 30 members and wives enjoyed the hospitality of Nick and Alison Maiklem at their barbecue on Monday - some of us even swam! Judging by the photos, some serious issues were under discussion.

Cruising Down the River ....

“43 members, wives and friends enjoyed a beautiful, sunny and thoroughly entertaining trip up the Tamar from Saltash to Calstock and back.

Having done justice to a very good buffet some of us wandered round Calstock then chugged back down the Tamar, watching this wonderful sunset.

An extremely pleasant way to pass a Monday Meeting!!”
